10/17/2023: i was in the area and ordered dinner online through the Potbelly app for my niece. Got a Sicilian sandwich, chicken pot pie soup, chocolate brownie cookie and a Dr. Pepper. My order was available a few minutes earlier than quoted, which was nice. Yes, I ordered a lot of food, but she said it was all the tasty. She had leftovers to bring for lunch the next day for school.

Engaging with the customer is key! My first visit was Not Good. I was not encouraged to add condiments and, as it turned out, no condiments would have been added had I not realized as I came around the corner to pay, I realized that no condiments were added. Oof.
