Really good food. It's Korean food, but has a bit of a different taste than authentic Korean food. It was still really good! I loved the meat and all the vegetables they put in it. The little potatoes squares were also tasty. Clean on the inside of therestaurant. View all feedback.
What Faisal Sobhan doesn't like about Wave Bowl Bbbop:
Stopped here for lunch while just randomly passing through and thought why not? this place is definitely a diamond in the rough?. Food was excellent , servings are more than enough to fill you. Pricing is a little but once you taste it you?ll thinkyour at 5 star restaurant with hole in the wall vibes. I?ve already visited again and for me to visit one place twice in a weekis a rarity? I can?t wait to try more things... View all feedback.
I loved this place. The setting was beautiful and the service was pretty fast and food was fresh warm and delicious. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, spicy basil bowl, orange chicken bowl, beef bento box and all of it was delicious and tasted amazing. Plus when you order you get a complimentary soup that has vegetables and tofu which tastes surprisingly good and I love it. Highly recommend this place. Nice place to have lunch or dinner with friends and family. It's also Zabiha Halal.Kid-friendliness: It's a nice place and good atmosphere and environment for kids.
I was very excited when it opened up, Finally a halal Korean, place, I was a fan of this place for a whileThe menu is simple, easy to follow. dishes were really gd and full of flavors however, during my last visits I have been coming with different experiences full of disappointedthis place become like its more a school cafeteria then a restaurantalmost twenty dollars for bbq short rib with zero taste and low-quality selection of meat, it was just bone without meat and over hard candy glaze that was overly sweet ! it comes with rice and lots of onion . NOT WORTH IT AT ALL . UNLESS U WANNA EAT BONES and sugarthe garden green curry with lomein noodles was a bust as well, a little amount of chicken with no flavor It was served on top of the thick yellow noodles, with vegetable on the side. There was no seasoned or sauce on the chicken or veg. Adding hot sauce (chili oil) on the side helped, but it didn 't make up for the lack of flavor of the whole dish. There is no wow factors at all. The problem is the portion is so small while the bowl is hug.The service was ok, as it is a self served. it was not like that before but oh well !
Too much food for just 1 ...had the Teriyaki chicken/ chicken curry bento box...loved loved the fried turnips. delish) Ordered the honey toast and took lots of the food in to go. DEFINITELY WILL TAKE SOME PEEPS WITH
I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. The menu offered a delightful array of Korean and Asian dishes, each one bursting with flavor and authenticity. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a memorable meal. I can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary offerings. Highly recommended! ???Will be definitely back for the desert they offer in their menu
The service was excellent. The honey toast alone is worth the trip. Food presentation is nice. Some of the meats, were a little sweet for my taste including the spicy options. A couple bites were chewy. Overall 4.5 stars is about right for this place, but I didn't want to round down to a 4 star review. Positives outweigh the slight negatives here for sure.
