I like this place. Eating is good. We ordered Salmon sashimi (5 stars), Shishito (4 stars), Tonkatsu Ramen (5 stars), Wagyu on the rocks (5 stars), Hawaii roll (3 stars), 3 of a kind of roll (3 stars). We went to Ramen and thought it was on average. Yama seems to be a sushi joint and should only come back for the sushi. The service was attentive. The eel over rice was not great. It was burned with little sauce to mask the taste. It wasn't so pleasant.
