Chili's Grill - Feedback

What James Coudry doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
This chilies has went downhill in the last four years tremendously. Our potato soup had chunks of tissue or paper towels in it the last time we ate there and I try to understand When the manager explained that there was a roll of paper towels near, but her compensation was to takeoff three dollars for the soup from the bill. Very rude manager and a extreme Hater. Very unhappy with the service and the food. View all feedback. What Nathan Guteras likes about Chili's Grill:
Ate at bar top. Too few workers. Food was hot and tasty. Great ranch dressing with salad. Checking out took way too long compared to ordering.Parking: Need better lighting at night especially when entering and exiting. Too dark. View all feedback.
