What User likes about Norma's Plant City:
We eat or take a few times a week. The only problems I have are if I ask for extra salad and tomatoes on my burrito, give it to me. I'm ready to pay extra. They are very rigid to avoid any replacements on a meal. You order on a counter the staff is rigid no smile minimal eye contact no names. I was just here once. I wasn't sure about the menu, but I wanted to try a little business for lunch. After he told the employee, it was my first time here, he seemed upset and said welcome.
