Papa John's Pizza - Plant City

Great pizza. But they need to do something with the smoke are people are smoking way to close to the entrance and for the people the doesn't smoke it's not nice

Terrible service!!! They drive past our house and claimed they called ?multiple times?. Said they would resend the driver and never did. When we called again they ended up calling the wrong number and when we asked when our food would get here they saidthey voided the order. We asked when the money would come back on our card and she hung up on us!! TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tried again months later. Call center in India it seems like and they barely speak English. Order was sent through door dash somehow and they never rang or knocked. Garbage customer service as always.

I'm sicken by the fact they don't wear gloves to make my food. He grabbed my garlic knots by his bare dirty hands and put them in a box! I said sir thats my food where are your gloves? His reply was they dont wear gloves there. That is disgusting it is ahealth violation..

Great staff at the Plant City Store everyone friendly. Fast service. Loved Teresa the manager greetings with a smile ALWAYS nice to see that when you walk in!! Kudos Team Plant City!!!
