Beautiful resort. It's huge, probably too big. I think because of the size they lack some quality control. Food and drinks were just not that good. And getting restaurant reservations was very tricky, but others had no issues. I have been to all inclusive resorts in Aruba and the Dominican and had much better food and drinks. Major issue. I come in a big group of people set for 8 premium rooms reserved about 9 months in advance. We make sure to call in frequently leading up to the reservation to make sure we are set. We come to check in and they tell us that they have booked most of our rooms out. They try to place us in more standard rooms without offering compensation for the situation.
