What Joe L likes about Mariscos Titos:
There are hundreds of places for tacos, and everyone has their favorite. This location you must try. The fish tacos are excellent and they only cost a dollar!!! They also have all kinds of other tacos, burritos, etc, and even burgers. It is conveniently located just across from Soriana in Rosarito. View all feedback.
What Cesar G doesn't like about Mariscos Titos:
My mother and brother brought me down to this spot and it was great. I ordered two tacos de marlin. Marlin tacos. The tortillas were fried and the fish was tasty. But even as hungry as I was, I could not finish the second one. The tacos were big. I don 't usually like cream, so I had them serve mine without. Their ceviche tostadas were also great.
