We shared an incredible meal at Tapanco. Venison machacha appetizer followed by grilled fish (dorado) and rice/beans, and I was able to snag a couple of shrimp from my wife's dinner plate as well. Very disappointed; rib-eye steak cooked medium rare was tough not tasty, I doubt it was a ribeye cut. Mushrooms we ordered tasted like they used older mushrooms, weren’t very fresh. Iceberg lettuce in the salad was not fresh.
