I ordered 2 plates for 1 for a Christmas dinner with my mom. I was due to pick my order up at 1230pm. I saw they only had 2 people back there doing the best they could considering the circumstances. I saw their stress. I felt for them. I got my food it smells awesome. Just a reminder be kind to food service workers and retail workers. They get it from all ends day in day out. What Natalie7 doesn't like about Boston Market:
1/4 Star Ordered 3 piece chicken meal, and waited for 20 min. I understand that the staff is short staffed and most likely stressful for the workers. Lady behind the counter was disorganized, didn’t know about the online order, place internally was not clean, two people working seem overwhelmed and short staffed. Waited another 40 min and finally food was ready!! Also the food served looked cold and looked as if it’s been sitting for a day or so. Disappointed.
