The chef, Jai, is one of the most talented I've ever met. Authentic Malaysian food, esp Penang food, is very hard to cook. Even getting a single dish exactly right is an achievement. Order at the counter, take a number, and wait for your food to arrive type of place. Line can be very slow moving and long.Food was mixed Nasi Lemak and roti dishes ordered were delicious. Spring rolls were cold in the center. We sent them back and received new spring rolls that were now luke warm in the middle.
