Contribute Feedback What J W doesn't like about Starbucks:
The Associate (I don't know her name) who was in the morning 9'ish was showing zero basic customer service. Through out the entire transaction to order coffee she was showing an unwelcome facial expression and zero communication (did not say a single word). She was showing the same attitude when asking to refill the half and half from the concession stand. Totally not a good experience on this particular transaction.... View all feedback.

read more08/06/23 I asked her for a simple drink and she was not even able to make it. Poor service unfortunately I won't waste my time ordering drinks there anymore
