I'm a Croissant-Fiend, the Croissant-Au-Beurre are the best I had in the Tri-Valley, that is, the outside is not completely shattered as it should, but the inside is fluffy enough to make a satisfying whole. Clearly made by someone who knows something about real croissants, which is too rare. The family-run operation has a variety of pastries. Beautiful spread of tables to enjoy a cup somewhat pleasant. Great French bakery. I rarely enjoy such places in the USA, but as in France. Croissants are really great. They bake on site.
