Updating my review to just mention how much I still love Sweet Freedom Bakery! I have ordered numerous cakes, cupcakes and cookies. We are never disappointed! Our favorite flavor is the cookies and cream cake but we are always going to be partial to that flavor since it was our wedding cake. :)Everytime I bring their treats to an event no one even knows they are gluten free! The cake was designed exactly as I asked and looked beautiful. But it was so dry inside. So disappointing. Some kind of artificial sugary taste. We ordered the strawberry cake for my son's birthday and none of our guests enjoyed the cake as it was too dry to eat.
