Took a short walk into Plogastel Saint Germain for lunch at Le Kastel. They have a simple format, buffet of salad and cold meat to start, choice of two meats (beef steak or ham on the day we visited) and desserts or cheese -- all for euro11 per head with bread, wine or soft drinks. This must be the most unpleasant thing we have experienced in every place in Brittany. We were advised by the reception at the place where we lived that reservations were not possible and therefore we had to arrive early to get a table.
