Basso, what a pleasant surprise this place was! Friendly, bright, accommodating staff, an English menu, reasonably priced, chef cooked high standard food, lovely setting and seating. Outdoor and indoor areas, both lovely. Men's and women's separate toilets. Everything clean and all with beautiful and interesting decor. I highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

What Yana M doesn't like about Basso &diner:
Like most restaurants in Bulgaria, what I hate about this place is the indoor smoking. The food is mediocre. My Cesar Salad contained exactly one cherry tomatoe split in half, exactly 5 strips of chicken and about half a litre of dressing. Half of the salad wasn't edible as it was swimming in sauce. "Cosy restaurant near the city centre. I had the Maxi cheeseburger and the cheese bites where both are fantastic, the burger is especially juicy. The waitress was very friendly and although we were a group of 8 people, two tables arranged together so that we could all sit together. There were live music that made for a beautiful background when eating."

"Perfect and friendly staff. Food is delicious the menu has recently been changed and renovated. Also the surroundings. Prices also went up, but considering the recent war in Ukraine, it is no surprise. Can only recommend it especially if you have children in their early years. You can turn off your dinner and the children on the nearby children's playground. Enjoy it."
