"On strolling through the Old Town Festival in Waiblingen we passed the Bellovedere, a small, snuggled local in the style of a family-run Italian Trattoria. A cool Pils of the Schussenrieder brewery (3,00 € and an Aperol splash (4,50 € for my accompaniment, so you could get the heat better again. Luckily, a shady cookie was released. The menu, which is very interesting for a street festival, made the hole active in the stomach, and called for a satisfaction. The very nice, attentive operation – typical Italian – spontaneously reacted to my Wink. I ordered: Vitello Tonnato (10,00 € , Carpaccio vom Kalb mit Thunfisch-Sardellen Creme Vitello Tonnato my companion: Ocean Beef Carpaccio (10,00 € , Carpaccio vom Australian Rind mit Honey-Senf-Soße.
