Really nice pub. Went for a drink and some food on a Friday evening: Landlady was super friendly and welcoming, pub has a relaxed atmosphere, and the food was good. We’ll visit again when the weather gets a bit warmer. Maybe just slightly leas raw onion to garnish the food and salads- not everyone loves them and they can detract from the taste. Not impressed with this pub, when I went there few years ago it was a lovely pub with lovely lunch menu where you can sit in the garden, I turned up today with some friends following online saying it was open and it said “closed for maintenance” which was very disappointing, I couldn’t see anything happening to the pub and didn’t notify when the pub will be open again!
