What Jessica Betschart doesn't like about Hooligan's Grill:
I've only visited about six times and each time I have had less than acceptable service. Nobody ever greets you, and you never know how long you'll wait for someone to approach the hostess stand for a table. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to greet me before I left and spent my money at another downtown restaurant.The food HAS always been delicious. I guess that's why I keep giving it a try.
