What Tom Carlson likes about Dunkin':
Have gone to this Dunkin' about 5 days a week for over a year and they do a great job. In something like ~300 visits, I don't think my order has ever been screwed up.Have found that ordering through the app and picking up inside is the best option, as the drive-thru line can get very busy during peak hours. What Rene Lofgren doesn't like about Dunkin':
Lazy employees, are not worth your time coming here. Their coffee is basically milk. I asked to buy an extra shot for this milk of coffee I got. I got a latte and instead got a cup of 2% milk. Bad customer service. View all feedback.

The manager is rude, and half the staff don't understand what is going on.

i’ve been here probably 6 times in the past month, going through the drive through and using the app and they haven’t gotten my coffee right once
