"Very disappointed. The fried Calamari had absolutely no taste and no color. The potato remover was just rough. We first ordered a pure cheese pizza and the Alfredo. The pizza was ok, but the Alfredo sauce was watery and literally had no taste. We had to take it back and exchange the Alfredo for the Mediterranean pizza, which had an acidic taste and smell. It's a shame because it's a beautiful location. I will certainly not return."

"While the lattes were delicious, it took far too long. There was no one else there and no one picking up online orders. It took almost 15 minutes to get 3 Calabaza lattes. By the time we got them they were not very hot. If they were busy or there weren’t 3 people working, I would understand. Also we were asked to wait outside in the cold while they took their sweet time making them. In response to the owners comment in the 15 min we were there no other orders went out and only one other customer came in. I have worked in customer service my whole life and have never left a negative review. I only did so because when I asked how long on our lattes I got attitude from the girl behind the counter, which I kindly left out because we all have bad days. I am a huge supporter of small businesses, as I work for one and would never give a customer attitude even on my worst day, especially with the climate most businesses are in. Showing your customers kindness is also necessary when running a small business. Edit to add- no need for refund but coming at all your less than 4 star reviews with excuses is probably where your staff gets their attitude from. A simple apology when I asked how long would have been sufficient at the time"
