Thanks for changing your hours to 9-9. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I ordered 3 of my fav shake, Cookie butter. The kids dived in first but they didn't look like they were enjoying it so i asked how was it and they said watery. So I tasted mine and sure enough it was watery and disgusting. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager, who apologized.
