What Erica M doesn't like about Shake Shack:
Disappointed and will not order again. Frozen Custard was placed in same bag as hot items and was melted upon receipt. Also, did not receive side of Cheese for fries. Cost of food items is not conducive to quality. Better satisfied with my local Burger King in East Norriton. View all feedback. What Jake D likes about Shake Shack:
The Chicken Bites, Fries, and the chocolate Hand-Spun Shake (which was malted) are the best combo ever from Shake Shack! I think may have found my new favorite fast food place because the food tastes like heaven! View all feedback.

I asked for cheese for all my fries didnt receive it I asked for no shake sauce for one of my burgers and the instructions were not followed
