"Bought a meal this evening. Upon payment asked if I had cash.. said no. Given a voucher for a discount if rung through. Did so. Same cost. Don 't fall for the smiling faces. They are tax and vat avoided. When I called them out on this they threw some free potatoes at me and walked to back of shop to avoid further interaction.. Paid for chicken and lamb kebab. No chicken in my meal at all. I 'm not one to put negative reviews up lightly but they are a place to avoid!!!"

"Both the food and the service were really fantastic. We were trying to find somewhere to eat and we were far too late for most places (after 10pm on a week day), but the people at Himalayan Spice were so welcoming and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All the food was really good, but the nann bread was up there with the best we’ve ever had and the king prawn purée was superb. Would highly recommend."

"Having not been to a chippy in years, this place was a tasty and welcome reintroduction. I had the halloumi bites with small chips and a side of garden peas, which was more than enough for my ravenous stomach, so had to share with my partner. The halloumi was melt-in-mouth sumptuous with light fluffy batter, while the chips were not too greasy and the peas flavoursome. Service was very friendly and considerate. Overall, an enjoyable, affordable visit – and one I'd not hesitate to repeat."
