"I love Brim CC for their interesting, wholesome menu and reasonable prices. On past visits, I've had the veg curry over whole grain rice and tried some of my friend's soba salad. Both feature classic flavour profiles and quality ingredients and were above average in taste.<br/ <br/ Most recently, I strayed away from my normal order and got the salad combo with bread. I chose potato and tofu as they were the two best sounding vegetarian options, and they ended up pairing wonderfully. The potato salad was a massive serve, made with mayo and mustard and topped with a hard boiled egg. It was extremely filling to the point where I felt a bit sick after eating it, but at least it a sticks to your ribs. Meanwhile, the tofu salad was very nice and fresh and light and served with a soy dressing. The best way to eat this dish is to take the sourdough, spread potato salad onto it and top with salad leaves. <br/ <br/ Heads up: If you're visiting during lunchtime, keep in mind that you may have to wait for a seat."
