I'm sorry if I spell her name wrong but, Ciris deserves acknowledgement for her amazing customer service. Very bright and cheerful. She informed us that our fries were going to take a little bit longer, so we pulled forward and waited. She came outwith our food, was very apologetic about the wait, and she made sure our order was exactly right! And even gave us an extracookie! Thankyou Ciris, both me and my girlfriend... What Boston Pilot doesn't like about Kfc:
The absolute longest I?ve ever spent in a drive-thru. 40 minutes from start to stop. Counted at least 12 cars that left. Some had ordered, some had not. Attitude from all the employees (2 that I could see), ordered a simple 3 tenders combo, and they gotTHAT wrong.
