They have two menus; one for locals (cheap) and one for tourists (more expensive,) which is not really the problem. the problem is that they use this two menu system IN YOUR FACE, and if you ask to see the local menu they will not even let you take a look at it, and they are not very polite in letting you know that you are NOT allowed to even see the local menu.
