Outstandingly great! While the reviews vary hugely, my experience on a busy Sat morning was fabulous food and service great coffee, vegetarian breakfast with a side of bacon and mushrooms very generous portion size and perfectly cooked. The wait time was reasonable and I also took home their dukkha and caramelised balsamic vinegar divine! I will go again and take friends : read more.

"We had breakfast at Simply D'Vine and the food and coffee is simply fabulous. We ordered avo feta smashed with grilled tomato, poached eggs and sour dough as well as the mushrooms with poached eggs. The staff said the smoked salmon and bacon were not available. The mushrooms dish is excellent, the taste and texture is well done and a tinge of truffle oil. If you like something less commercialise and rustic, you should visit this joint- it is not far not Hunter Valley Visitor Centre."
