Excellent products with a wide choice of flavours... focaccias, calzones, pastizz ... the dough leavened just right and excellent raw materials. What Giovanni Santarcangelo doesn't like about Fornitalia Policoro:
Focaccias with an industrial flavour. The rustici and stuffed pizzas have the ham in pieces rather than slices. The panzerotti have a pink filling (tomato and stringy blended together?! . In Policoro you find much better. I don 't recommend it View all feedback.
