What Susie S doesn't like about Ginos:
Service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 mains, kids meal with drink and a pitcher of lemonade. We placed the order with the waiter in english. The kids drink arrived and it was wrong but we accepted it anyway. The kids meal came and it was wrong, the server came and put the food on the table and walks away — there was no cutlery or napkins on the table! Malísimo. La pasta sin apenas salsa y al crujiente de parmesano de los ravioli le podrían llamar gomoso de parmesano, que es lo que se acerca más a la realidad....
