I was invited to lunch and was ecstatic by the kindness of the courses, the kindness of the staff, the reception of the owners and the cleaning of the bathrooms. I have decreed excellent appetizers (crude with honey ricottina, cuttlefish and roasted mushrooms, prawns with Catalan, mozzarella alla milanese, burratine della murgia, calamarata con seppie, shrimp, datterino giallo e lamelle di mandorle,) a very sought after (caciocavallo with capocollo di martina franca,) all excited by a good black wine to return in summer to test the outdoor area with swimming pool.
