We had on September 11th. Ordered a table for 5 people at 7:00 p.m., it was supposed to be a birthday dinner. We were there at 6:50 p.m., first the lady couldn't find our reservation, then she said we had reserved for 7:30 p.m. and then she sent us away because we were now 6 minutes early...All the tables were free, the couple next to us felt no different.
