"My word, deplorable is the only way to describe this place. I 've never received worst service than this place. One would think that a fine establishment like Mall of the North would allow such riff-raff like Cappuccinos. Never going anywhere near this place again. To begin. Firstly we were ignored by almost all staff when we entered the restaurant before being approached and taken to be seated. Secondly, it took over an hour for our drinks to arrive. Only drinks. That should 've been the cue to leave. Our food arrived another hour later. We ordered 4 items, 1 was actually what we ordered. On one item, the waiter had the audacity to say: Just eat it, it 's fine. Our waiter was so unfriendly as well. To get the correct orders took another 30 minutes and then we had to leave to catch a movie so we didn 't even eat properly. Put it in takeaway containers and left. The place wasn 't even that busy and was sooo slow. What a waste of money. I would recommend going anywhere but Cappuccinos. Honestly wish I could rate this place below 0 stars"
