"We went to dinner for a birthday, we were a table of 16 people, the service was terrible to say the least, we won't talk about the food, as anticipated they brought us some pinse which were not even worthy of being called that.... raw dough, pre-cooked bases of the supermarket, with condiments thrown on at random... We come to the meat... given the limited choice we almost all opted for the hamburger, some on the plate, some on the sandwich... we specifically asked for 1 rare, well, they got there all the burgers were practically raw.. we asked to have them cooked for us (apart from the ones in the sandwich which in the end, given the late hour and the hunger, they ate them anyway) but they brought them back raw. I complained to the waitresses who were unable to resolve the problem and finally went to the cashier and told me what had happened. According to their point of view, everything was resolved by giving us a discount of 48 euros which corresponded to 3 burgers... terrible experience, not recommended for both dinner and afterwards."
