We travelled to Eschenbach to the Grüner Schwan with the train from Nuremberg (you get off in Hohenstadt and walk for 20 pleasant minutes). We both ordered the Tuesday special (Wholemeal Pizza with a choice of toppings) and it was really great. Very nice, good food, lovely ambience, good as (easy) conference house. Please leave it as it is.

It was our first time in the Grüner Schwan but I certainly plan on returning.
Always happy for meetings there. And next weekend it's ready again. And the delicious food...
Outstanding and remarkable Franconian cuisine with equally well-cooked crossover elements. Best craft in the kitchen, with carefully selected ingredients.
