For employees to ASUME all customers use or know how to use the chick filet app is wrong. For first timer I was left waiting and after 12 min I had to inquire about my order. I used to believe Chick filet employees were held at a much higher standard than all the rest of the fast food restaurants, I guess I was wrong. Managers and employees seem great and the food is always excellent. A little older on the inside, but her business is always clean and her ride through is fast.
Samuel Joseph offered the best customer service. He was very friendly and helpful during my diving experience at this point.
