"Unraveled, informal but with very rich dishes. Dinner for two. Iberian rib: amazing, accompanied by boniato puré. Squid brioche, very rich, fresh squids with nothing heavy bounce and light brioche. Steak wagyu pier with fries, delicious, of exceptional quality, knife cut, mustard point...I think it was the best dish! And finally, bikini of bullfighting, which was a failure despite all the social media reviews: the meat was very dry, I was expecting a melosity that did not exist... And I couldn't eat it. Despite that failed dish (much I'm afraid it was punctual and by firing in oven, I already made it to the waitress) I will try the rest of dishes soon and without doubt! 9/10"
