The bagels are good. They have a good crust and nice chew on the inside. The breakfast sandwiches are great. They do a really nice job with those. The staff are very friendly and helpful.My only complaint is that we called ahead with an order for pick up at a specific time. When we arrived they couldn't find the order at first. This was the worst bagel I've ever had - it was disgusting, cold, dry, and dense. I couldn't even stomach a bite.
