The bagels are good. They have a good crust and nice chew on the inside. The breakfast sandwiches are great. They do a really nice job with those. The staff are very friendly and helpful.My only complaint is that we called ahead with an order for pick up at a specific time. When we arrived they couldn't find the order at first. These are not NY style bagels. They are huge rounds balls of dough. A NY bagel has a bagel shape with a hole and a crisp bite to the crust. My cinnamon raisin was tasteless and I question if they used margarine instead of butter. I gave 1 star for the staff. Great people, hard workers, friendly and listen to requests. read more.
