What User doesn't like about Golden Chick:
I got food here last night. My total was 42 and some change. I gave them 60 plus the change because I didn't have any smaller bills. I didn't count the bills until I got home but they only gave me $14 instead of $18 back. It's partially my fault for being trusting and not counting the change in front of them. I've had this happen at other places and it's getting hard to trust anyone anymore. The food was decent. View all feedback.
I have eaten at many fast food sites, but nothing compares with the friendly and fast working staff I got to see here. The food was fresh and correct. With such MANY customers in the store, not a staff rode. I would recommend this paticular store to everyone. food was AWESOME; Cant give it enough stars!
Best place and a great addition to Ponca City. I went to the VIP event tonight and the offers were juicy and fresh, everything was very fresh. There were employees who sampled some other menu items, I tried the catfish and it was great. Everything was great including the service. I will definitely be a regular customer!

You have the best fried fish and roasted Okra. The service was also excellent!
The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The roasted chicken, fried okra, and rolls are my favorite. I'm so excited that Golden Chick has come to Ponca City!
