Great service and meal quality. All personnel, from an advance phone call to reception to wait staff were excellent, amicable, and knowledgeable. We had a group including pets and there were also very accommodating to that need. The restaurant has authentic Hard Rock Cafe memorabilia, although lees than on other locations. It was an aweful experience. We love the Hard Rock and the service but this was not what we expected. There was a lot of hard noise from the builders. There was no ambience. There was some (bad) music but then it stopped. The shop was sort of open because of construction. We were not able to pay cash because the register didn't work.
