"Pho starts with a tasty broth and this place served up delicious broth, and perfect and plentiful noodles. Delicious Pho always lets you spice up the soup with an accompanying side of bean sprouts, lime, a chili pepper and dish of fresh Basal leaves to add to the soup. Sadly, this restaurant did not have or offer Basal leaves on the side. I think they are trying to save costs but in the process are losing customers that expect authentic pho soup spices. For us, this takes away the unique flavor Pho needs to make it taste the way it should. They could easily grow a few Basil plants if buying leaves is not practical for this smaller restaurant."
