Grand Cafe - Pont-à-Mousson

Although there are many restaurants around place duroc for choice, we came here a Sunday afternoon, a bit past lunch service. a few restaurants were closed, a few others were quite dared expensive, and we wanted a simple meal though. the al fresco tables were a little close to the road, we did not notice it, as this day in Pont-a-Mousson there was a motorcycle exhibition, and we had to look over hundreds of bikes. some people may not like traffic noise. we had a light meal of bruschetta and croque monsieur, with a side of salat. it was very good with our chilled white wines. the waitress was friendly and helpful and chose our drinks for us. this place is not overly beautiful, since it is really more of a bar, but the light meals and fast service would be offered, which most tourists looking for on a busy schedule. it is also very affordable (we paid 25 euro for 2 meals, 3 weine and a juice).

Food is ok but service is horrible. Servers are rude and don't even pay attention to you. _Location is great.

Were in the summer as every year the tables made available by the city council were used as a pretext to eject us on the pretext that they belonged to the coffee site, all said in a contemptuous and haughty way. the manager unfortunately allows himself to take the top customers when he has a little world a few times a year and has really not understood anything about trade. Fortunately that tripadvisor and customer feedback bring back these odious behaviors.

We went to drink a drink with friends each chosen I ask for a coffee it was 8:25 and I am told we no longer serve hot at this hour! Then why be called "big coffee" when from 8pm we no longer use it! more the very speed waitress not friendly we see that it is profitability and not quality so I asked for an ice tea and I had in a glass of syrup with water but in no case its resembling or smelling tea so I do not recommend. Very disappointed!
