Restaurant proposant produits de qualité, prix très correct pour plats bien travaillés. Pour ma part pris pièce du bouché cuisson parfaite rare à trouver bravo au cuistot! Service agréable. Nous nous sommes arrêtés à 13h30 et avons été acceptés mais l accueil fût froid.Nous avons demandé à manger dehors sur la terrasse comme d autres clients mais problème : il fallait dresser une table ! Cela ne fait il pas partie du métier de restaurateur ?? On nous a fait sentir que nous dérangions...nous avons même dû demander des serviettes ! "Honestly, I went to the restaurant in Ségur, and I'm really disappointed that it was so good! . I ordered a glass of Gaillac, and he filled it to the brim, as if he was trying to make me drink the whole river. Then, the burger, the famous Black Flambadou. At first, I thought it was witchcraft with this black burger bun, but in the end, it was just culinary magic! Everything was great, and the guy was great salesman. Frankly, it's an address where you absolutely have to go... even if it may disappoint you because it's so delicious! It's almost a crime to serve food this good. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for this exceptional gastronomic experience, although I am a little disappointed not to have had a disappointing experience, if you know what I mean!"
