Pasta Caffe in the Parque Atlantico shopping mall (Ponta Delgada). Very, very good Italian. Good pizza. Had a lovely meal there for $E39 including Mediterranean salad dinner with chicken, spaghetti carbonara, breadsticks, bottle of wine, 2 bottles water, 2 desserts, coffee. All delicious. What Badforever doesn't like about Pasta Caffe Parque Atlantico:
We were attracted to this place as it is just beside the busy noisy food court. It was nice to sit at a table and be served. They will bring you olives but only accept them if you are prepared to pay. Don't eat the bread sticks unless the same reason. We shared a pizza for lunch. The restaurant also attends to you at the counter and serves you menus and drinks, and for the littlest guests, there is a high chair. If the weather are right, you can also eat outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables.
