The best pontarlier and the surroundings undoubtedly. from the outside the restaurant hides its game well. Once inside, the tastefully treated decor transports you in a cosy, felty atmosphere. then you are welcomed and served by the owner with a smile and professionalism. a map with little dish (quality but for all tastes and especially with very interesting revisits. a card that changes regularly according to seasonal products. you will be very well advised in wine, with excellent wines even in glass. The dishes arrive, everything is succulent (entrance, dish, cooked dessert with passion and refinement. for the level of quality, taste, quantity, presentation, prices are very correct, you have semi gastro at bistro prices. We went there twice in 1 month and will be back soon and regularly. So thank you and bravo to the owner couple whose husband is master restorer! Thank you for sharing your passion on your plates.
