"The chief said in an interview that he would like to pick up a star at Michelin. But unfortunately, you can't reach it right now. but like a brewery that would have developed its ego before quality. It is inventive, of course, but mixing flavors requires balance and the sense of the dosage. here, these two points are made to the boxing gloves. you feel the will to do well and you taste the lack of maturity. I will return to this institution to verify its evolution and hope that my enthusiasm for its potential will become a reality. Le prix est très correct, vous vous en sortez pour moins de 10€ avec entrée/plat/dessert.Le seul petit bémol est peut-être le service un peu long, car la propriétaire fait quasiment tout. Mais l'accueil et la qualité des plats vous feront vite oublier ce léger désagrément."

"The food at Braisenville is fantastic. Okay so every meal I had during a recent trip to Paris was great, but this place stood out. The cocktails were great too. I had the amaretto sour and it was superb. Service was attentive and the atmosphere...was lively. For two of us, we ordered about of the small plates from the tasting menu. Every single dish was spot on. I'm sure I'll return on my next visit to Paris. Online reservations available, so go!"
