Impossible to fault this pub and the owner. We were walking the Offa’s Dyke Path (2 miles from the pub). The owner collected us (by prior arrangement), made us extremely welcome and is an excellent chef. Top marks. What Julie Flower doesn't like about The Swan Inn:
The room and breakfast for 2 was £100 and not worth even 60. Had to shuffle side on holding th wall as there was max of 8ins to get into the bed on either side. If a single bed was in the room instead of a double it may work. Turns out there was a bigger room available and it should have been shown to us. Very very disappointed would NOT STAY AGAIN AND DON'T RECCOMEND. Staff and locals very friendly. Worse room ever... read more.
