the third time I was here at 8 o'clock and sitting on the drive without answer. they must hang a sign if they are not open when they say their open. they only have to take this place and build something that is worth having this real state. View all feedback.
What Adelia Purdy doesn't like about Burger King:
My last three visits in a row (no exaggeration) I was told “we not taking orders at this time”…. a few visits prior to that it was “we only taking cash”…. I’ve also visited multiple times… and received my drink without ice, and when I mention there’s no ice, they THEN tell me “we out of ice”… never giving me an option of whether I want a warm drink or not… I mean… why is this place even open at this point!? We stopped at 8:15 pm to pick up dinner, and there was a car and a person waiting in the drive-thru line. We had to wait 20 minutes to receive our food after placing our order. The only beverage available was sweet tea, which was strange. There were no gloves, hair nets, or other food safety equipment being used by the staff. Before taking the first bite, we inspected the food and found it to be messy. The fries were unpleasant, the cheeseburger was terrible, and the meat was undercooked. We did not eat any of the food we paid for, but when we tried to address our concerns with the employee at the window, they seemed annoyed and suggested we go elsewhere. I have since filed a complaint with the health department, as this restaurant should be shut down if the owner is not willing to address the longstanding issues. I would advise checking the Google reviews for further evidence of unsatisfactory experiences at this establishment.
Only the drive-thru was open. I ordered a basic burger and continued on my journey, only to find out that they did not give me the correct order. I asked for a double burger, but received a regular menu item, and they charged my credit card 60% more than the actual cost of the meal. I will not be coming back to this Burger King restaurant in the future.
If I could rate this place, I would give it a 95. While on our way up north, we stopped here to grab a bite to eat and stretch our legs. Unfortunately, after waiting for our order to be taken and being ignored by the staff, we were informed that they couldn't take orders in-house because the new manager didn't have the necessary fingerprint authorization to process payments on one of the registers (there are two registers, by the way). The manager suggested we go through the drive-thru instead. When we did, we were told they were closed due to short staffing. I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to stop here!

We came in and ordered, but the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. There was a lot of chatter between the staff and it didn't seem like anything was getting done. It took around 10 minutes for our order to be completed. The drink from the machine tasted awful. The food itself was fine, but my burger had two pickles, but they were stacked on top of each other in the middle. The food was sloppily put together and both burger and fries were cold. The restroom wasnt as bad as I thought would be, but the urinal probably hadn't been cleaned in months.
