This restaurant is known for its fast service despite the high volume of customers. The food is typical McDonald's fare. However, I don't think it will ever be as good as it was back in the 1970s when I worked at a McDonald's. Everything was less automated and fresher back then - we would peel fresh potatoes and hand-cut them before frying. The difference was great and I wish younger people could experience it. McDon... What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This McDonald's is the worst, I dread coming here. The staff is almost always rude. We ate here last night and it was a terrible experience. The fries were cold, the Cheeseburgers were poorly made with big chunks of uncooked meat. My daughter's chicken nuggets were soggy and greasy, we had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. It's disappointing to have to go home and cook food that you paid for at a r... Eating was good and hot, the only thing negatiw to say is that we had to wait a little longer than usual
I have reviewed this location in the past. The great iconic McDonald's logo floats over the city of Pooler , but it's wonderful , polite drive thru employee that served me on this occasion has made me wonder if McDonald's is on its way back to #1. Great job young lady .. You made my day. And guess what ? I enjoyed my breakfast !!
AWFUL DONT COME HERE!!!! Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to she was extremely rude and short with us then we waited 15 minutes for our food and it came out COMPLETELY WRONG she didn’t give us 4 of our sandwiches and the other two were chicken nuggets instead of burgers. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A WASTE OF TIME…!!!
My breaded chicken was burned. Employee agreed and said I’d get a new one. When questioned about the replacement, I was told that it wasn’t burned (that’s the way it looks) by another employee. I eventually was given a Big Mac as a replacement. While waiting a family came in with a cute little dog, paraded it all around and not one employee said something. The dog was clearly not a therapy or service dog.
The establishment is like the others but what made me rate this location one star was the experience. Greetings tells alot about a person or establishment. It's not a welcoming when you go to the drive thru and be greeted with a hostile attitude. Alot of people go through things during work, but being the first thing a customer greets.... it's should be welcoming. I shouldn't feel like I have beef with you while I just begin to make my order.
