What Neal doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
upon entering the store some lady that I presume was a manager was counting a cash drawer but could not even say hello or welcome. then I find there is no menu board but only one copy sitting to the side for me to look at. after this I then have to place my own order at an automated kiosk.
